Go for the entry 'sorting' and activate the one you just made. Html Editor Free Download For Ubuntu there. This should change the sorting to sort by artist. Hope you could need it.

I've been using Foobar since it came out and only now decided to try out Columns UI. My entire library is organized Artist Year Album Track Title This is the layout I've had for as long as I can remember, minus the 'Facets' tab. In Columns IU I would like to: • sort by%date% then%album% without requiring a third pane • emulate the expand/collapse behaviour • combine 'now playing' album art and track information into a single container Are these within the scope of Column UI? Any help is appreciated. 1) Refer to thread about changing the default sort order. Ctrl+f BenB for his post.

Basically, you can change the default sort order by inputting the desired order in the shell integration tab in preferences. This way you can set how you want it to sort without having to add new columns. 2) The Album List Panel for Columns UI sounds like what you are looking for. 3) I am not sure if they can be combined, but you can just place the panels right beside each and change the panel edge style to none. This should make it appear like they are a single panel.
