Keep in mind that only an AI Raiden can get that winning pose, so if you wanna see it for yourself, you need to set an AI Loadout for Raiden, go to the Multiverse mode and set the AI Raiden to play for you. That voice was of none other then Steve Richie, an acclaimed Pinball and video game designer who worked at the same building that Ed Boon and John Tobias were working on the Mortal Kombat at, and was asked by them to record these lines for the MK games.
